Yes, you can. Simply click on the Delete' below the desired video or gallery. They will be moved to the 'Archived Videos' category in case you ever wish to recover them.
Saving videos to your hard drive is not possible.
The rating bar appears if you are logged in and have a balance of DirtyCents on your account. You must have also previously purchased the video to be able to rate it.

Message Center

Usually that happens when meanwhile the certain user got deleted.
In this Case no messages will be shown.
If the notification appears that you can't send messages at the moment that means that the user blocked you, so he inhibted that you can't send him messages.
Please doublecheck that you fill in a subject in your message.

Photo Galleries and Videos

Galleries can only be deleted by Administrators. If you want to delete an entire Gallery please send us a request with the gallery title and an explanation for the deletion and our staff will delete it for you.
To delete individual images from the gallery:
Navigate to Account settings' > 'My photos'
Select the desired gallery which contains the image you wish to delete
Click on the photo you wish to delete, and you will find next to the photo Delete Picture
Upload times depend on the video file size as well as the speed of your Internet connection. Uploading very large files can take a long time so be patient
The maximum allowed file size for videos is 800MB.

You have one option for receiving payments:
Monthly payouts are always made on the 16th of the month. You will receive all your earnings for the previous month at this time.
Each payperiod, you will need 50.00 net earnings as a minimum before receiving payment. Any amount below 50.00 will be carried over to the next payment date.
You can select your preferred payment option under "Settings" > "Change Your Account Info"
Payment shall be made in the way specified under your account.
You will not be able to change payment options during 3 days before, and after the payment date.

Top Lists

Top Videos are selected based on the average rating submitted by customers who have purchased your video. To have your video displayed in the Top Videos of the Week your video must have at least four votes, and must not be older than eight days.
To be displayed in the Top Video of the Month you video must have 12 votes and must not be older than 30 days.
To be included in the all time best your video will need at least 40 votes regardless of how old the video is.
"Top 300 Video Amateurs": In general, the larger your selection of videos the better your chances of reaching the top 300, which is based on sales for the past 14 days.

"Top 300 Webcam Amateurs": In general, apending more time on cam can better your chances of reaching the top 300, as it is based on sales for the past 14 days.

If there is no user online you may see pixilation in the webcam image, this is done to save bandwidth.
In the top menu there's a Webcam link, which displays all amateurs who currently have their webcam application active.
Each profile also displays a link when the amateur has an active webcam show at the moment.

No, this is strictly forbidden. If you are hosting a webcam show you must personally be online so when a user enters the webcam chat you respond to their input. Still images are also forbidden.
Top right you can find a speaker icon. In the volume display panel next to it you can regulate the volume. To turn up the volume use your mouse to the right, and to lower the volume move it to the left. When you reached your request volume just click on the bar in the dispaly panel to keep it. Move the mouse to the very left in the display panel and you muted the volume. To stop the transmission of your tone click on the microphone icon in your campicture. You now see a red mark on the icon, which means your microphone is muted. To get the microphone back working just click on the icon once again and the red mark disappears and your microphone records again.
click on the button 'pick user' and choose your user from the shown list in pulldown menu to whisper with them. No other user can read your conversation then.
click on the webcam icon under the campicture to inform the users that you are not infront of the camera or you'll be back soon. But choose in the display panel of the pulldown menu the reason why you are not avaible at the moment so the users can see. just click on the button 'completed' when you are able to go live. your campicture will automatically be on air again.

To get to the medium quality you have to click on the certain button. The browser will ask you do install a plugin. this plugin installation has to be confirmed so the MD modus can be send. if you don't agree to the installation the SD modus will continue. if you agree to it the software send ins MD. An easy and detailed instruction is available for the HD modus. There are 3 different quality steps 1. SD = low quality 2. MD = medium quality 3. HD = high definition quality. With the first use of the software it will be in the SD-mode. To get to the medium quality you have to click on the certain button. The browser will ask you do install a plugin. This plugin installation has to be confirmed so the MD modus can be sending. If you don't agree to the installation the SD modus will continue. If you agree to it the software sends in MD. An easy and detailed instruction is available for the HD modus. There is an extern encoder necessary for the HD Modus (installation in the instructions). When that encoder is installed and started you can use our camsoftware in the HD modus. Please consider that at the moment we don’t have a cam preview in the HD modus. The preview is only happening in the extern encoder. But we are currently trying to improve that. Important: If you click on the HD modus without starting the extern encoder you will send automatically in the SD modus. So if the HD doesn’t work for certain amateurs even though they clicked on the HD modus, it’ll send in SD modus. But it should get changed to the MD modus manual. We will soon add an icon which will tell you in what modus you are sending. We also will shortly add icons which will tell the user in which video quality he’s sending.
To mute your video please click on the microphone icon. You will see now a red mark around it which shows you that the tone is turned off. To redo the tone just click once more on the same icon, the red mark will disappear and you'll get your tone back on.
with the 'mute' button you turn off the user's tone. With 'unmute' you redo the action.
While you are sending with your webcam, other users can see your webcam the same time. Under your cam preview you will see the other users webcam. Click on the picture to enlarge it. With the mute button you turn off the tone of the user and with the unmute button you will redo the action. To make the picture smaller again just click on the cross in the user pic, it'll be shown in the usercam overview.
If a user wants to meet you in the premium chat you will receive a request in a new window where you are able to accept or decline it. You are exclusive then with the user in the chat. Try to portray yourself the most interesting so you inspire more people to the premium chat. This will be noticeable very quickly and positive in your webcam sales.


Chargeback is usually a non-cashed payment from a customer (usually bank debit).
The most common form of cancellation is when customer's account had insufficient funds and as such the payment was unable to be completed. This is the reason for the majority of credits we encounter.
Another reason for chargebacks is due to a direct request by the customer to reverse the payment and as such we may be instructed by the banks or Credit Company to perform a refund. Such chargebacks can occur a few weeks to months after the initial charge depending on the rules by the bank / credit company. This is the reason for the time-delay that will be shown in your stats.
When a chargeback occurs, all purchases made by this customer will be reversed. This will apply to all amateurs this customer may have purchased from.
Once a chargeback is reported by the payment provider we hand the matter over to our collections department. We will take all legal steps so that the client pays the outstanding invoice. Depending on the customer this process may take a long time. If the customer pays their account all corresponding sales will be credited back to their respective amateurs which will appear under Reversals'.
1: He can expect additional cost through the collection process.
2: He is no longer allowed to view any previously purchased photos or videos on MDH, or view webcam shows or receive messages until his bill is reconciled.
3: Once their bill has been paid they will once again be fully unlocked.
Chargeback charges will be charged proportionally to amateur earnings; amateurs receive 25% commission and as such will only have to pay 25% of the chargeback fee's.
